Rainbow Club Australia provides more than 20 social swimming clubs across NSW for children with a disability. The Warriewood brand is seeking qualified swimming teachers to work Saturdays during school terms. Applicants must have the basic teaching swimming qualification from AUSTSWIM or Swim Australia and a Working with Children (WWC) number. Source funding to fix homelessness

This organisation seeks to address the issue of homelessness by providing sustainable affordable housing solutions in the form of ‘Tiny Homes’. An engaging writer with strong research skills is needed to volunteer as a grant/proposal writer, sourcing and applying for grants, donations, and sponsorship from local businesses or larger companies. You will be working on the GEN2 Tiny-Home project, which focuses on offering innovative, small scale accommodation to meet the needs of women 55+ and single mothers with young children. You will join a team of community focused people and be added to a flexible, monthly roster of gardening volunteers. Warriewood Brook Residential Care is looking for a volunteer café assistant to serve hot and cold beverages and food to the residents. The volunteer will assist with the sale of small goods, handle small cash payments, engage with residents and visitors, and perform basic cleaning of the coffee shop after close. Shift work is available across Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 9.30am – 2pm either weekly or fortnightly. Training is provided and a national police certificate will be required.
