• Support your body, mind, and emotions through pregnancy
• Help to prepare you physically and emotionally for birth 
• Facilitate you creating time in your week to connect and bond with your baby
• Create a community & a safe, nurturing space to meet other like-minded Mummas-to-be
• Teach you how to adapt your existing yoga practice (if you have one, but no experience is necessary)
